BABYKLOK? BABYMETAL and Dethklok Announce N.A. Tour

Japan’s premiere J-Pop metal band, BABYMETAL, has recently announced a tour with the death-metal band Dethklok. Notably, the BABYKLOK tour is happening in 2023 from the end of August through October in the USA and Canada.

Moreover, GAIJIN GUY Alan took the news straight to YouTube and broke down this jaw-dropping event. Listen up for some details and package options for each band.

Currently, pre-sale tickets are available along with VIP packages. More information and complete location listings are on the official BABYKLOK page.

The real-life Dethklok, created in 2007 for Adult Swim’s animated TV series Metalocalypse, are touring again after performances at Adult Swim Festivals in 2019 and 2022. Plus, they announced a new Metalocalypse film is in the works.

Correspondingly, the “kawaii” metal group BABYMETAL are back from a brief hiatus with a new album, THE OTHER ONE. Additionally, lead performers SU-METAL and MOAMETAL welcome aboard newly minted member MOMOMETAL.

Also, the tour gets support from American guitarist Jason Richardson who has performed with All That Remains, Born of Osiris, and Chelsea Grin.

How in this world or any other world did a metal band from Japan agree to tour with an American cartoon-incarnated death metal band? Only the Fox god knows, or send direct messages to Dethklok’s manager: Charles Foster Offdesen.
